You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused.
- Original tags remain attached.
- Original packaging is intact.
- The item is not customised or altered.
Items that cannot be exchanged include:
- Sale items
- Accessories and jewellery (unless defective)
- Altered or customised products
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
